Each formula is made fresh to order, hand blended in small batches and bottled in the Collectionneuse atelier.  Orders will usually ship within 1-5 business days.

Due to the artisanal handcrafted nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not offered. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. 

    

If you have a history of allergic reactions or have sensitive skin, please test the product on a small area on the inside of your wrist 2-3 days prior to using. Collectionneuse cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions to our products and cannot be held responsible should any occur. We are not responsible if your clothes are stained, which is a rare occurrence.
